You agree and accept that we are not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from omission or errors in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. This extends to your use or reliance on any third-party content, links, comments or advertisements. If you use or rely on any information or materials on this website, it is entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability for it. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.


Any personal information that you provide to us for the purpose of a purchase or delivery on our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. From time to time, you may provide us with personal information of a third party (for example, for delivery purposes). Where you provide the personal information of a third party, it is your responsibility to ensure that this person consents to the disclosure.

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment and will be sent for delivery 1 day a week. Delivery may take between 3 and 10 days, depending on the delivery option.

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not

responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at our discretion.

Digital goods are delivered within 2 business days. There are inherent risks associated with downloading any

software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us at [email protected] so we may try to assist you.

All memberships are a one-off purchase. Your membership concludes at the end of the access period, which depends on the level of package you have subscribed to. You will be advised of the access period at the time of your purchase.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and we manage returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.

In general, in the event of an issue with your purchase, your rights are limited to the supply of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or a refund for the cost of the goods or services.

As a membership is a one-time purchase, providing access to our services for a limited period, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have access to the internet during that period in order to be able to utilise your membership. We do not offer refunds on membership fees. A membership fee will only be refunded in the event that it is a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we provide you with a refund for your membership, you will immediately lose all rights and access to the membership benefits, including any trade promotion lotteries conducted by us or on our behalf, that you would otherwise have been entitled to enter. Any entries for refunded memberships are automatically revoked or disqualified.


We own or have a copyright licence in relation to all intellectual property on our website. We reserve all rights with respect to our intellectual property and you are not entitled to reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content on our site in any way without our express, written consent.


You can only use our website and access our membership services for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our website or any network or equipment that we use to provide the service. You must not share your password or access details with any other person.


If you breach these Terms, we are entitled to issue you with a warning notice, or to suspend or terminate your access to our website and to any membership package you have purchased, without a refund.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we absolutely disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied,

including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose of any kind. We provide no warranty that the documents, goods or services will be free of errors, or that defects will

be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.

It is your sole responsibility to bear any and all costs of repairs, corrections or other costs associated with any reliance you place on any information, documents, goods or services you access through our website, subject to the applicable law in your state or territory to the extent that it does not permit these exclusions, including the exclusions of some implied warranties.

The laws of the State of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia govern these Terms and this website.
